Marc is attentive, responsive, and personable- all the important qualities that I look out for. There was never pressure to buy any product to “close a deal.” Something different from other agent I worked with before is that Marc also helped me to do a comparison across what I have and what is lacking. When I have queries, he is always quick to respond and advise, even on matters outside the policies we have, e.g. on tax, house, reno tips.
