Behind every smooth operation at LIT is a dedicated admin team that keeps everything running seamlessly. Led by Jenny, who has been with LIT since its inception, the team brings together a wealth of experience, heart, and attention to detail. Together, the admin team forms the heart of LIT’s operations—each bringing their own strengths, passions, and care to support the entire company.
Admin Manager
As an Admin Manager, my role is to ensure that all backend matters are kept up to date so our financial consultants can focus on what they do best. I’m lucky to have an amazing team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Sure, there are times when it gets a bit stressful and I feel overworked, but I genuinely enjoy what I do – mostly because I’m surrounded by such a friendly and supportive team. I really do feel blessed to be part of LIT.
Outside of work, I love catching up with friends and going for morning walks with them – it’s my favourite way to start a new week.
Senior Admin Executive
Since joining LIT in 2023 as the second full-time staff, I’ve been actively supporting our financial consultants in business development, recruitment, and day-to-day operations. What I love most about my work is the positive and encouraging environment at LIT—it has truly helped me grow and become a better version of myself. I’m also currently pursuing further studies under the LIT Diploma Sponsorship Programme to continue developing professionally.
Outside of work and studies, I have a strong passion for pet grooming. I find joy in caring for dogs and cats, and in my free time, I enjoy refining my grooming skills. One day, I hope to fully volunteer my services to help animals in need.
Senior Admin Executive
I help keep things running behind the scenes so the team can focus on what they do best - connecting with clients and delivering exceptional service. What I enjoy most is making a difference in people's lives, no matter how small - be it offering a listening ear or making the day just a little less overwhelming for everyone (myself included!).
Outside of work, you'll probably find me nua-ing with a tall glass of matcha, baking treats that are healthier than they look, or standing barefoot on a patch of grass just because. If you're into slow walks and deep conversations, hit me up! Bonus points if you've ever picked a place based on vibes, not the food.
